Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Aussie Pal gear, but if the fit isn't right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are included to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized Australia Post location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
